Fam – we’ve missed seeing you, IRL. That’s why we’re bringing our live show back! Spending time with you makes us feel at home, so join us in Chicago on Nov. 2. You can get tickets here.
Since the pandemic turned everything sideways, so much has changed. A lot of us have moved to new cities, changed jobs, made new friends, updated our relationship statuses. And all this change got us thinking about home: having a home, finding a home, being at home, who makes a home – what does home really mean?
We’ll be exploring this theme at our first in-person liveshow in more than two years! We are hyped.
You’ll get to kick it with Code Switch’s Gene Demby, B.A. Parker and Lori Lizarraga for a dope evening of poetry, music, laughs and fearless conversations.
Code Switch hosts Lori Lizzaraga, B.A. Parker, and Gene Demby. Live show guests José Olivarez, Sultan Salahuddin, Diallo Riddle, and Adriana Cardona-Maguigad.
We’ll hear from poet José Olivarez, speak with Diallo Riddle and Sultan Salahuddin of HBO Max's critically-acclaimed series South Side and dig into your questions about Chicago with WBEZ Curious City’s Adriana Cardona-Maguigad. We'll close out the evening with an intimate musical set from a special Chicago artist. More on that soon!
And if you’re in Chicago on November 2, find a home with your Code Switch fam! Tell your friends and see you there.
Peace, Code Switch
